Development A/S hereby makes the following announcement:

TK Development A/S, ISIN DK0010258995, has received notification from Henrik
Østenkjær Lind, Åkrogs Strandvej 32, DK-8240 Risskov to the effect that,
personally and through his company Lind Value ApS, he reduced his holding of TK
Development shares on 4 April 2014 to a total of 4.830.835 shares, equal to
4.92 % of the share capital.
