CONSENT OF QUALIFIED PERSON

I, Christopher Bray, B.Eng. MAusIMM (CP) of SRK Consulting (UK) Limited, am an author of the technical report entitled “NI 43-101 Technical Report on a Preliminary Economic Assessment of the Ayawilca Polymetallic Project, Peru” dated February 28, 2024 (the "Technical Report"), prepared for Tinka Resources Limited (the "Company") in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects.

I hereby consent to the public filing of the Technical Report by the Company and to the use of extracts from, or the summary of, the Technical Report in the Company’s news release dated February 28, 2024 (the “News Release”).
