ÅF and Reinertsen in discussions regarding a merger of Infrastructure operations

ÅF and the Norwegian engineering consultancy company Reinertsen AS are discussing a merger of their Norwegian operations within Infrastructure, including Building Installations in one jointly owned company. The involved operations have approximately 350 employees and a combined turnover of approximately 450 MNOK. The discussions also include ÅF acquiring Reinertsen's Swedish business within Infrastructure, including Building Installations, with approximately 185 employees and a turnover of approximately 200 MSEK.

The planned transaction will be subject to notification by the Competition Authority in Norway. Reinertsen´s and ÅF´s other operations are not included in the discussions.
