ÅF acquires Proplate IT

ÅF has, via its Systems Division, acquired the consulting company Proplate IT, which has 22 employees in three locations in central Sweden (Karlskoga, Örebro and Karlstad).

Proplate IT is a well-established consulting company that offers qualified IT consulting services to industrial clients in Sweden. Its major client is Outukompu.

Proplate IT in Karlstad is also a leading supplier of services for the Microsoft AX business system.

This acquisition strengthens the Systems Division's position as one of the leading IT consulting companies in central Sweden, and one which can now call on the services of a total of almost 100 employees in the region.
