African Pioneer plc ("APP" or the "Company"), the exploration and resource development company with projects located in Namibia, Botswana and Zambia, announces its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG on Thursday 1 August 2024 at 10:00 a.m.

A Notice of AGM encompassing a letter from Colin Bird the Company's Executive Chairman (the "Chairman's Letter"), was posted yesterday to shareholders and is available to download from the Company's website at  https://africanpioneerplc.com/ In addition, a copy of the Notice of AGM will be uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism where it will be available for viewing at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
