Dear Shareholder,

The Company’s general meeting of shareholders is scheduled to be held at the offices of African Gold Ltd ( the Company ) at Suite 23, 513 Hay Street, Subiaco, Western Australia on Friday,5 February 2021 at 11:00 am (AWST) ( Meeting ).

In accordance with subsection 5(f) of the Corporations (Coronavirus Economic Response)

Determination (No. 1) 2020, the Company will not be despatching physical copies of the Notice of Meeting ( Notice ). Instead, a copy of the Notice can be viewed and downloaded online at https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20210107/pdf/44rkzk4wvv50px.pdf

As you have not elected to receive Notice by email, a copy of your personalised proxy form is enclosed for your convenience.

Shareholders are encouraged to vote online at www.investorvote.com.au or by returning the enclosed proxy form by:

Your proxy voting instruction must be received by 11:00 am (AWST) on 3 February 2021 , being not less than 48 hours before the commencement of the Meeting. Any proxy voting instructions received after that time will not be valid for the Meeting.
