Annual General Meeting – Notification of Dates

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, African Gold Ltd advises that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.30am AWST on Friday, 31 May 2024. Details of the format and the agenda for the AGM will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which is expected to be released on 1 May 2024.

The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Friday, 19 April 2024.
