Temporary change to reporting timetable

Aseana Properties Limited (LSE: ASPL), a property developer in Malaysia and Vietnam listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, announces that the Company will not publish a Quarterly Investor Update for the quarter ended 31 March 2019 whilst the new management and directors review the portfolio and realisation plan. The Company will provide the next update to shareholders at the time of the interim results, where it will also set out its plans for future communications, which will be released in September 2019.
