Amino Technologies plc (LSE AIM: AMO), the global provider of digital TV video solutions to network operators, announces that on 6 February 2018, Mark Carlisle, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 191.4 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Mark Carlisle is interested in 5,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.006% of the Company's issued share capital.
