Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Amino Technologies plc (LSE AIM: AMO), the global provider of media and entertainment technology solutions to network operators, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 November 2019 ("Annual Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.

The AGM of the Company will be held at the offices of finnCap, 60 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ on Thursday 2 April 2020 at 9.00am.
