Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Amino Technologies plc (LSE AIM: AMO), the global provider of digital TV video solutions to network operators, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 November 2017 ("Annual Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.

As previously announced, the Annual Report is also available to view on the Group's website: www.aminocom.com.   

The AGM of the Company will be held at the offices of finnCap, 60 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ on Wednesday 27 March 2017 at 10.00am.
