Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that it has today purchased 300,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 97.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above purchase, the Company now holds 3,519,857 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The Company has a total of 57,893,052 Ordinary Shares in issue. Therefore the number of Ordinary Shares carrying voting rights is 54,373,195.

The above figure of 54,373,195 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
