AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), the industrial fuel cell power company, has received notification that on 17 December 2015 Mr Mitchell Field and Mr. Eugene Shvidler, Non-Executive Directors of the Company, subscribed for ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") as set out below at a price of 20 pence per share. Accordingly, Mr Field and Mr Shvidler now have beneficial interests in the Company as shown below:
