Director shareholding

AFC Energy announces that Jane Dumeresque, Finance Director of the Company, today purchased 6,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 33p per share.  These shares will be held in her ISA. Following this purchase, Jane Dumeresque now has a total beneficial interest in 26,000 ordinary shares in AFC Energy, equivalent to 0.01% of the Company's total issued share capital.
