CHANGES REGARDING AFARAK GROUP PLC’S TREASURY SHARES

On 29 May 2019, Afarak released information on two directed share issues. These share issues were related to two signed agreements whereby Afarak acquires additional ownership in certain South African mining assets. Now one of the above mentioned transactions which is done through a share exchange has been executed and accordingly, on 28 June 2019, Afarak Group Plc has transferred a total of 1,885,000 treasury shares.

Following the transfer, Afarak Group Plc holds a total of 2,494 treasury shares.
