SLIGHT DECREASE IN FERROCHROME BENCHMARK PRICE

Shareholders of the Company are advised that the European benchmark ferrochrome price has been settled at USD138 cents per pound for the third quarter of 2018, down 2.8% from the USD142 cents per pound in the previous quarter. This price is however 25.5% higher than benchmark for quarter three 2017 which stood at USD110 cents per pound.
