HOLDINGS IN COMPANY (FLAGGING NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 9, SECTION
10 OF THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKETS ACT)

Afarak Group Plc ("Afarak" or the "Company") (LSE: AFRK, NASDAQ: AFAGR) has on
30 December 2014 received a flagging notification in accordance with Chapter 9,
Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act from Ms Aida Djakov regarding
the shares of Afarak.

As a result of a transaction that occurred between Ms Aida Djakov and her
controlled corporation Atkey Limited ("Atkey") Ms Aida Djakov has personally
decreased below the threshold of 5 per cent and Atkey has increased above the
threshold of 25 per cent. However, the total combined ownership of Ms Aida
Djakov and Atkey remains unchanged.
