HOLDINGS IN COMPANY (FLAGGING NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 9, SECTION
10 OF THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKETS ACT)

Afarak Group Plc ("Afarak" or the "Company") (LSE: AFRK, OMX: AFAGR) has on 2
April 2014 received a flagging notification in accordance with Chapter 9,
Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act from Finaline Business Limited
("Finaline"), a company incorporated and existing under the laws of British
Virgin Islands, regarding the shares of Afarak.

In accordance with the flagging notification, Finaline has completed a sale of
27,000,000 shares in Afarak Group Plc. The transaction has resulted in Finaline
decreasing below 5 and 10 per cent and becoming a 0 per cent holder of the
shares and voting rights in Afarak.
