AFARAK RECEIVES DECISION FROM FIN-FSA

Afarak Group Plc ("Afarak" or the "Company") (LSE: AFRK, NASDAQ: AFAGR) is required by the Finnish Financial Supervision Authority ("FIN-FSA") to inform its shareholders about the attached communication.

The Company notes that it is not a party to the matter. Danko Koncar has informed the Company that he has already appealed to the decision.

Afarak Group will not comment on the decision by the FIN-FSA.
