Keith Scott
Keith Scott is a geologist with over 20 years of experience throughout the mining value chain from exploration and evaluation, to feasibility and production.
Keith is a multi-commodity mineral exploration and evaluation specialist with extensive experience gained in South Africa, Africa and Globally on multi-disciplinary minerals projects including tenure and permitting, geology, Mineral Resources and Reserves, mining, processing, infrastructure, risk and financial analysis and environmental social governance.
Keith has undertaken progressive management responsibilities from managing small teams executing programmes on the ground to becoming the Managing Director of The MSA Group, one of the largest mining consultancies on the African continent. Managerial experience includes the development of strategy and budgets the management of human resources, finance, operations, business development and marketing. Keith sold this highly successful family-owned business to Mining Oil and Gas Services (MOGS), a subsidiary of Royal Bafokeng Holdings (RBH), in 2009 and stayed on as the Managing Director of MSA until early 2016.
In March 2016 Keith was appointed by MOGS as the CEO of MMS, a large multi-disciplinary mining services platform owned by RBH comprised of 8 companies with over 4000 personnel and an annual budget of ~$300m.
Keith remains the Chairman of MSA and holds board positions on a number of private companies and has served on the Board of a listed mining company (main board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange).
Milan Djakov
Milan Djakov is a graduate in banking and finance. Having studied in the United Kingdom, Milan obtained his first degree in International Business and Law and his postgraduate degree in Global Banking & Finance from the European Business School in London. Following his studies, Milan gained considerable experience working in the public sector in Serbia particularly with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management. He worked on several assignments particularly related to EU accession and membership to the World Trade Organisation. He was then appointed as the Director of the Indemnity Fund within the same Ministry before being appointed as a consultant to the City of Belgrade. In this position he oversaw a broad stakeholder consultation exercise. Following his experience in the public sector Milan moved to the private sector and joined Afarak Group. He has been actively involved in the running of the Company and worked on a number of diverse projects.
