AFARAK GROUP: CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Afarak Group Plc ("Afarak" or the "Company") (LSE: AFRK, OMX: AFAGR) announces
that Mr Stefano Bonati will leave his position as Chief Commercial Officer and
steps down from the Afarak Executive Management Team. Mr Bonati will continue
his duties, as a consultant, for the Company. Mr Michael Lillja, an Executive
Director and Head of Marketing of RCS, the Company's marketing arm, replaces Mr
Bonati in the Executive Management Team.

The composition of the new Executive Management of Afarak is as follows as of
18 December 2013: Dr Danko Koncar, CEO; Dr Alistair Ruiters, Executive Chairman,
Afarak South Africa; and Mr Michael Lillja, Head of Marketing.
