The Company has today published asupplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") approved by the UK Lis1ng Authority. The publica1on of the Supplementary Prospectus isaregulatory requirement under the Prospectus Rules followingthe publica1on of the Company's annual reportand audited accounts for the financial year from 1 April 2018 to 31March 2019.
The Supplementary Prospectus is supplemental to,and should be read in conjunc1on with, the prospectus published by the Company on 1March 2019 (the "Prospectus") in connec1on with a 12-month share issuance programme of up to 250million new Ordinary Shares ("Ordinary Shares"); and up to 250million conver1ble redeemable preference shares ("C Shares").
A copy of the Supplementary Prospectus has been submi?ed to the Na1onal Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and will shortly be available for inspec1on at: h?p://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
Copies of the Supplementary Prospectus will also be available under Investor Documentsat h?p://www.aewukreit.com/.
