The publica3on of the Supplementary Prospectus isaregulatory requirement under the Prospectus Rules followingthe publica3on of the Company's annual reportand audited accountsand publica3on by AEW UK REIT PLC of itsannual reportand Financial Statements, in each case for the period from 1May 2017 to 31March 2018.

The Supplementary Prospectus is supplemental to,and should be read in conjunc3on with, the Prospectus published by the Company on 28 September 2017 in connec3on with a 12-month placing programme in respect of up to 250million PlacingShares.
