In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we herewith inform you that M/s. Aether Speciality Chemicals Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, has commenced the commercial operation through production at Site 4. Site 4 is the Greenfield site at ‘Plot No. 362, Road No. 3, GIDC Industrial Estate, Sachin, Surat-394230, Gujarat, India’, on March 29, 2024.
Currently, the site will contribute to oil and gas industry and then expand further into other segments in the near future.
