- Subject: Execution of order for 15 MW Solar Power Project (Auto Tracker Modules)
In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we herewith intimate that the Company has ordered today on February 6, 2024, an execution of 15 MW Solar Power Project (Auto-Tracker Modules) under Captive Power Producer (CPP) segment to M/s. KPIG Energia Private Limited (a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of M/s. KPI Green Energy Limited).
The execution of the same to start from the date of order and is scheduled to be completed in the FY 2024-25, in trenches.
This order is very much crucial for the Company, being a pioneer and firm step towards Company’s continuous commitment to the sustainability. This will fulfil the energy requirement of the Company’s manufacturing facilities vide replacing / substituting the conventional energy sources with renewable energy source.
