Subject: Final execution and commissioning of 15 MW Solar Power Project (Auto-Tracker Modules) Facility

In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and further to our earlier disclosures dated February 6, 2024, June 30, 2024, and October 17, 2024 (Ref. No.: AIL/SE/101/2023-24, AIL/SE/20/2024-25, and AIL/SE/48/202425, respectively), we are pleased to inform you that the entire 15 MW Solar Power Project (AutoTracker Modules) under the Captive Power Producer (CPP) segment, awarded to M/s. KPIG Energia Private Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of M/s. KPI Green Energy Limited), has been fully commissioned as of December 30, 2024. The project is now operational and powering our manufacturing facilities.

This milestone represents a significant achievement for the Company, aligning with our strategic focus on sustainability and renewable energy adoption. The project is expected to deliver annual energy cost savings exceeding ₹150 million and contribute substantially to reducing our carbon footprint. By transitioning to renewable energy sources, the Company reaffirms its commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable growth.
