On November 14, Aether Catalyst Solutions, Inc. (the “Company” or “Aether”) announced that it filed a PCT Patent Application entitled "MIXED METAL OXIDE CATALYST AND COMPOSITIONS AND PROCESSES FOR THE PRODUCTION THEREOF”. This patent application focuses on composition of matter, and therefore is the most important way to ensure that the Company retains control of its technology as it works with partners to commercialize it.
