Aéroports de Paris March 2015 traffic figures

In March 2015, Aéroports de Paris saw 7.4 million passengers; an increase of 1.3% on March 2014. 5.1 million passengers travelled through Paris-Charles de Gaulle (+1.3%) and 2.3 million through Paris-Orly (+1.4%).

• International traffic (excluding Europe) was down slightly, by 0.1%, with a decrease in the following destinations: Latin America (-3.8%); Africa (-5.0%) and the French Overseas Territories (-6.1%). Other destinations were up: Asia-Pacific (+8.7%); the Middle East (+3.2%); and North America (+2.4%);
• European traffic (excluding France) grew (+2.8%);
• Traffic within France was up (+1.2%);
• The number of connecting passengers increased by 3.4%. The connecting rate stood at 26.5%, up by 0.7 points on March 2014.

Since the beginning of 2015, Aéroports de Paris passenger traffic has seen growth of 2.0%, with a total of 20.5 million passengers. The number of connecting passengers was up by 2.4%. The connecting rate reached 26.1%, i.e. an increase of 0.1 points.

Passenger traffic at TAV Airports, 38%-owned by Aéroports de Paris, increased by 8.6%(1) in March 2015, and has risen by 6.8%(1) since the beginning of the year.
