In May 2013, Aéroports de Paris passenger traffic increased by 4.7% compared to May 2012 with a total of 8.0 million passengers including 5.4 million at Paris-Charles de Gaulle (+2.5%) and 2.6 million at Paris-Orly (+9.7%).
As a reminder, in 2013, spring holidays for Paris area were from Saturday 27 April to Monday 13 May instead of Saturday 14 April to Monday 30 April in 2012.
Since the beginning of 2013, Aéroports de Paris passenger traffic slightly increased by 0.3% with a total of 34.9 million passengers. The number of connecting passengers was up by 0.2%. The connecting rate remained stable at 24.4%.
Traffic of TAV Airports, owned at 38% by Aéroports de Paris, increased by 25.9% in May 2013 and by 25.4% since the beginning of the year.
