Appointment of interim Chairman and CEO of Aéroports de Paris

By decision of the Prime Minister dated 21 May 2024, and in accordance with article 21 of August 20th, 2014 order related to governance and capital operations of state-owned companies, Mr. Augustin de Romanet de Beaune has been appointed as of today interim Chairman and CEO of Aéroports de Paris. The Prime Minister's decision is in appendix of this release.

Mr. Augustin de Romanet de Beaune will carry out its duties until the appointment of a new Chairman and CEO of Aéroports de Paris, by decree of the President of the French Republic upon a proposal by the Board of Directors of the company, and after consultation of the competent standing committees of the French National Assembly and Senate
