Appendix 3Y – Change of Directors Interest Notice – Clarification
Aerometrex Limited (ASX: AMX) refers to Mr Mark Lindh’s appendix 3Ys released to the market on 9 July 2024.
Mr Lindh has advised that following legal advice, the appendix 3Y dated 4 October 2022 and all previous notices included an entity of which Mr Lindh does not hold a notifiable interest. The appendix 3Y lodged on 9 July 2024 removed this holding which resulted in the securities held prior to the change not reconciling to the securities held after the change on the appendix 3Y dated 4 October 2022.
The notice dated 9 July 2024 is correct and states the correct entities in which Mr Lindh holds a notifiable interest.
This release is approved by the Board of Directors of Aerometrex Limited.
