AEROMETREX AWARDED SIGNIFICANT QUEENSLAND GOVERNMENT SPATIAL IMAGERY CONTRACT

AMX has been awarded 4 major projects of the Queensland Government’s Spatial Imagery Program

Key projects include South East Queensland, Galilee Basin East, North Queensland, Scenic Rim Towns

Total contract value is $1.1 million + GST

Aerometrex Limited (ASX: “AMX”) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded four 4 projects of the Queensland Government’s Spatial Imagery Subscription Program (SISP), managed by the Department of Resources, totalling $1.1 million + GST.

The projects won include:

• South East Queensland: covering an area of 11,956 km[2] from Noosa Heads in the north to the NSW border in the south, at a high resolution of 10cm GSD (Ground Sample Distance, or pixel size on the ground)

• Galilee Basin East: at 111,126 km2, covering an area more than 3.6x the size of Belgium at a resolution of 20cm GSD

• North Queensland: regional survey covering an area of 50,668 km[2] at 20cm GSD

• Scenic Rim Towns (10cm): comprising 10cm imagery to be captured over four towns.

The work is to commence from April 2021. Progress milestones will be billed throughout each project.

Aerometrex has been a long-time provider of the Queensland Government’s aerial surveying programs for both imagery and LiDAR. The 2021

projects awarded to Aerometrex represent a 10% increase on last year’s programme.

The result endorses our commitment to capturing high-quality imagery, to generate outstanding data products and to exceed expectations of delivery timelines.”

In addition to the imagery service provided under SISP, Aerometrex provides LiDAR mapping services, world-leading 3D imagery and modelling and our flagship MetroMap subscription service which captures all capital cities and environs four times per annum, and all rural and regional centres above 10,000 population once per annum, at extremely high resolutions of 5-6cm GSD.
