Release of Escrow

Aerometrex Limited (“Company”) (ASX:AMX) announces, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, the following securities will be released from escrow.

Securities Escrow period expiry 4,600,000 ordinary shares 15 June 2020.

The Company will apply for quotation of the ordinary shares that are to be released from escrow at the time by lodgement of an Appendix 2A.

This release is approved by the Board of Directors of Aerometrex Limited.
