2025 Annual General Meeting

Aeris Environmental Ltd (ASX:AEI) (the Company) advises that the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held at 11.00am (Sydney time) on Thursday, 27 November 2025 as a virtual meeting. Shareholders can attend virtually on Zoom. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, AEI advises that any nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm on 17 October 2025. The Notice of Meeting and other information regarding the AGM will be issued shortly after that date.
