The details as required under Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are provided in Annexure-I .

10.	Rationale and benefit expected	GoTN will provide facilitation and support in the form of necessary infrastructural support and regulatory facilitation subject to applicable laws. GoTN will also provide uninterrupted power supply & other infrastructure support on best-effort basis. Apart from this, standard incentives as per the existing Tamil Nadu Government’s Policy will be applicable.
