Director/PDMR Shareholding

Aeorema Communications plc, the AIM-traded live events and communications agency, was informed on 10 November 2014 that on 7 November 2014 Mr. Michael Hale, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, through Gailforce Marketing and PR Pty Limited, acting as trustee for The Hale Agency Superannuation Fund, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares in Aeorema at a price of 51.0p each.

The Hale Agency Superannuation Fund now has an interest in 1,670,000 ordinary shares in Aeorema, representing 18.45% of the issued share capital of the Company.
