Aeorema Communications plc, the AIM-traded live events and communications agency, was informed on 9 April 2014 that, on 7 April 2014, Mr. Neville Newman, gifted 261,250 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.1% of the issued share capital, that he holds on behalf of Harris & Trotter LLP to the H&T Clients Charitable Trust. Following the gifting, Mr. Newman remains interested in 13,750 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.16 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr. Stephen Garbutta (Non-Executive Director of the Company) is a partner of Harris & Trotter LLP and as such has an indirect interest in the resultant shareholding.
