Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 8, 2025, Aehr Test Systems, a California corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for its third quarter of fiscal year 2025 ended on February 28, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
