This bears reference to our earlier intimation dated 12th July, 2021 about having entered into a Shareholders Agreement (“ SHA ”) among Aegis Logistics Limited (“ Company ”), Vopak India B.V. (“ Vopak ”) and the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited (formerly known as Aegis LPG Logistics (Pipavav) Limited) (“ AVTL ”).

With respect to the above, please note that the SHA has been amended on 19 May, 2022 (“ Amendment Agreement ”).

This disclosure is being made pursuant to Para A of Part A of Schedule III as provided in Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The disclosure is attached as ‘Annexure A’. You are requested to take note of the same.
