Sub. : Notice of the Board Meeting, Interim Dividend and closure of trading window

We hereby inform you that pursuant to regulations 29, 33 & 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022 to consider and approve inter-alia the following:

1. To consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021.

2. To consider and declare Interim Dividend, if any, during the financial year 2021-2022. (The Record Date, for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the Interim Dividend, if declared at the Board Meeting, will be February 18, 2022.)

Further, the Company confirms that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company which was closed for the Company's Directors/designated persons associated with the Company from Saturday, January 1, 2022, will remain closed till end of business hours on Saturday, February 12, 2022.
