Free distribution of Company's shares

Athens, September 05 th, 2025

Aegean Airlines S.A. (the "Company"), hereby announces that on 05.09.2025 granted for free 25.000 common registered voting shares of the Company to a Company executive through an over-the- counter transaction.

The aforementioned shares had been acquired in the context of the Company's share buyback program which was approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 26.07.2023.

After the aforementioned distribution, the Company holds a total of 430.730 treasury shares, corresponding to 0,48% of the Company's total share capital.
