Tax Audit 2024 and Tax Certificate Issuance

Athens, December 9 th , 2025

AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. informs the investment community that after the completion of the tax audit for the Fiscal Year 2024, which was carried out by the Ordinary Certified Auditor-Accountant, pursuant to article 65A of law 4174/2013, a tax certificate with an "unqualified opinion" was issued.

A tax certificate was also issued without qualifications for fiscal year 2024 for the Company's subsidiary OLYMPIC AIR.
