Cancellation of Own Bonds

Athens, September 02nd , 2025

"AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A." (the "Company") informs investors that its Board of Directors decided on 17/07/2025 the cancellation of 1.721 own bonds from the Common Bond Loan issued on 28/02/2019, trading on the regulated market of Athens Stock Exchange ("ATHEX"), in the category of Fixed Income Securities. The aforementioned 1.721 bonds which represent 0,863% of the total issued Common Bond Loan, were acquired from 28/03/2025 till 30/06/2025, pursuant to Board of Directors decision dated 17/03/2025.

The Athens Stock Exchange was informed on 02/09/2025 regarding the cancellation of the Company's bonds traded on the Athens Stock Exchange.

Following the above, 05/09/2025 has been set as the date for the cancellation and deletion from ATHEX of the 1.721 own bonds. From this date on, trading of the aforementioned bonds will cease and the total tradable bonds on ATHEX will amount to 197.654 bonds.
