Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Nordic Financials ASA (the “Company”) on 17 September 2025 regarding the share capital increase in the Company.

The share capital increases have now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company’s share capital is now NOK 34,464,586.46, divided into 3,446,458,646 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.01.
