Nordic Financials: Strategic Investment in Humanoid Robotics Company 1X Technologies

Nordic Financials is pleased to announce a strategic investment in 1X Technologies, a leading Norwegian company developing advanced humanoid robots with global ambitions. The company stands at the forefront of robotics innovation, combining AI and engineering to address real-world labour and automation challenges.

The size of the investment is approximately 10,5mNOK and is carried through as a transaction in the second-hand market. The investment is subsequent to first right of refusal from existing shareholders, lasting approximately two weeks from today.
