New number of outstanding shares

Reference is made to the stock exchange release of 30 May

Based on a Board authorization granted by Aega ASA's general

meeting on 22 February 2016, the Board has resolved to issue

8 530 662 new shares at NOK 3 per share to the subscribers

of the private placement completed on Friday 27 May 2016.

The new shares will be registered with the Norwegian

Register of Businesses (Foretaksregisteret) and VPS, and

will be placed on a separate ISIN pending approval of a

listing prospectus by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory

Authority (the "FSA").

After the registration, the new number of outstanding shares

in Aega ASA will be 35 890 957.
