Change in information policy

Aega ASA (formerly Nordic Financials ASA) was earlier an

investment company for investments mainly in listed

securities, and reported estimated Net Asset Value on a

monthly basis, in order to keep the market updated on

developments in the company's portfolio of securities.

After the purchase of the solar plant company Aega Yieldco

AS, investments in and running of solar plants is the new

main business of Aega ASA. Aega ASA has therefore decided to

terminate the monthly reporting of NAV, and will report to

the market in line with normal reporting standards for

listed companies.
