Signing of final purchase agreement

Reference is made to stock exchange notices from June 2nd and 8th 2020.

Aega ASA has today, through our wholly-owned subsidiary (NORITA INVEST S.r.l.), signed the final purchase agreement to acquire all shares of Villapiana Fotovoltaico S.r.l. which owns a 1 MW solar power plant in Sardinia, Italy.

Aega CEO Nils P. Skaset comments that he "..is very pleased with this deal, and also to prove that we are able to do a cross border business transaction like this during the ongoing Covid-19 situation".

Fabio Buonsanti has led the process from Aega's side. He has been assisted by the legal team of Deloitte Legal lead by the lawyer Emanuele Bottazzi and our tax partner Torresi Associati in Rome.

We also like to thank the representatives of the sellers, assisted by the lawyer Andrea Raffaelli of RaffaelliSegreti Studio Legale. 3F Advisor was the financial advisor of the transaction.
