9 November 2020 – Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 30 October regarding Aega’s investment in Norsk Solar. All formalities are now in place and the investment will be closed today, 9 November 2020.

Aega’s CEO, Nils P. Skaset, has been elected to the board of directors of Norsk Solar with effect from 6 November 2020.
