Signing of final purchase agreement

Reference is made to stock exchange notices of 3 October 2019 and 30 September 2019.

Aega ASA has today signed the final purchase agreement to acquire the company Produzioni Energia Cori S.r.l, which owns a 1 MW solar plant in Cori, Latina, Italy.

Aega has been assisted by Antonella Alfonsi and Emanuele Bottazzi from the legal team in

Deloitte Italy.
